This residence was built on flat, rock-free farmland, on a plot measuring 20 meters wide by 15 meters deep, giving us 174 m2 of floor space, where the layout includes three bedrooms and extends across the width of the plot. The façade has one white side and one gray side, divided exactly in half at the client's request, who wanted his cars to be covered and plenty of space for a garden at the back.

This residence was built on a flat, rock-free surface with tepetate soil, on a corner lot measuring 26 meters wide, including the square that is the facade in the photograph, and 12.5 meters deep. Its spatial layout includes three bedrooms on the upper floor, including a skylight in the center, a spacious double-height ceiling, and public spaces on the ground floor, including a kitchen, living room, and dining room in the same space with divisions that combine the double height with greater natural lighting and make the space more spacious in general.

This residence was built on a flat surface, on a plot measuring 11 meters wide by 16 meters deep, with a floor plan comprising three bedrooms, a spacious double-height ceiling, and public spaces on the ground floor.
The sequential exterior overhangs give this residence a unique touch, as well as providing space for the walnut tree right at the entrance, which is a predominant feature in the design, allowing the tree to be seen from inside.

The construction of this residence is more focused on the loft style, where most of the spaces are open plan. It is built on a plot measuring 11 meters wide by 18 meters deep, with a total area of 198 m2. It has two bedrooms on the upper floor, double height ceilings, and a living room, kitchen, and dining room on the ground floor. It also has three parking spaces, a garden, and direct access to it.
